For friend groups
This is the new resolution.
Set a real goal, get a step-by-step plan, and let your friend group carry you through it: a mentor who knows the area, and a group watching your progress, over a 12-week season that ends with a night out.
Founding groups start this December. The first full season begins 1 January.
- Team Fireside+9 this week96 pts
- Team Daybreak+12 this week91 pts
You know how this goes
- 1 JanEveryone starts.
- 19 JanMost have quit.
- 1 FebGoing it alone, it’s over.
The fix isn’t more willpower. It’s doing it where your friends can see.
Why resolution works
The plan
Step by step, never all at once
Your goal becomes a step-by-step plan: daily and weekly tasks, monthly milestones, and one final goal 12 weeks out. You always know what today asks of you.
The mentor
A friend who knows the ground
Someone in your group already has expertise in the area you’re working on. They’re matched to your goal, shape your plan before you start, and review your progress the whole way.
The group
Accountability you can’t shrug off
Your progress is visible to the whole group, week after week. Accountability to real people who see your progress is the best-evidenced way to actually follow through.
How a season works
A season is 12 weeks, one group, everyone chasing their own goal on the same clock.
Say what you want to change
Tell us the goal in your own words. We turn it into daily, weekly and monthly tasks, with a final goal to hit by the end.
Pull your friends in
You’re paired into teams of two, and matched with a mentor based on what your friends are already good at.
Check in with proof
Photo or video evidence, approved by your mentor. Points land on a league table the whole group can see.
Finish with a night to remember
Graduation night: a sealed season report and awards for the whole group, revealed to everyone at once.
Built for the hard weeks
No streaks. Nothing resets.
A rough patch costs a point or two, never your progress. You’re always one check-in from back on track.
Misses stay private.
The group feed celebrates what happened. What didn’t happen stays between you and the app.
Verified by people.
A friend approves your evidence, so every point on the table was actually earned.
Get your group in first
One email when doors open. Nothing else.
